Process of making/ Manufacturing of SS Hex nut

• Stainless steel wire is cut into blanks and pressed into a hexagonal die using high-pressure machines.

• A hole is punched through the center of the hexagonal blank.

• A high-speed threading tool cuts the internal threads into the hole.

• The nuts are treated in an acid bath to remove surface impurities and strengthen the protective oxide layer.

• The threads and dimensions are checked against standards (like DIN or ISO) for accuracy
