Process of making / Manufacturing of Stainless Steel 316 Perforated Sheets-

It begins with a coil or sheet of stainless steel (commonly Grade 304 or 316). The thickness and grade are chosen based on the final application.  

A wide machine with a "die" that spans the width of the sheet. It punches an entire row of holes in one hit. This is the fastest method for high-volume production.  

Punches a specific area or single holes at a time. This is used for thicker plates or complex, custom patterns.

For extremely detailed designs or very thick sheets where physical punching might distort the metal, high-precision lasers are used.   

Punching often warps the metal; hydraulic levelers flatten the sheet back to original specifications.  

Smoothing out the sharp edges around the holes.
